The Operations team at Fair is full of action-oriented problem solvers collaborating across all departments to make sure the trains run on time and to provide customers with a truly magical experience. Our Fair Customer Care team goes above and beyond for customers by handling transaction details and answering their questions. We work with our Partner Relations team to manage the nuts and bolts of bringing new dealers into the Fair network to supply our vehicle inventory. And we dig deep into product and process improvements that make the organization more efficient, effective and amazing. If you've got patience, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for organization, this is the department for you!
